Rock Springs Park, west of Florence, AL

Rock Springs is a must-see place if you love hummingbirds! Teaming with Jewel-weed, the hummers abound! Here's a photo of some of us during one of our past trips to Rock Springs.

Directions:

From Decatur, go west past Hwy 43, then past Cherokee, AL. To get on the Natchez Trace parkway, exit to the left off Hwy 20, go around some curves and under an overpass, and then turn left again to get on the Trace heading north. Go over the Tennessee River, and Rock Springs will be the next exit to the right after the boat launch!
